The courier prices your street and you see that price in the basket before you pay. Where no quote comes back, delivery is $12.00.

94130 — Treasure Island and Yerba Buena — is across the Bay Bridge and outside the zone. Ask us and we will quote it.

When are you open?

The counter is open Mon & Fri 10am–4pm; Tue–Thu 10am–6pm. Closed Sat & Sun.

How does pickup work?

Collect from 215 Fremont St 5B, San Francisco, CA 94105. Pickup is free.

Slots run Mon & Fri 11am–3pm; Tue–Thu 11am–5pm — 30 minutes each, 4 orders to a slot, bookable up to 3 weeks ahead.

What goes in a box, and how is it priced?

Whatever you want in it — you pick every cookie. Today a box of 6 is 6 cookies for $35.

A box has its own price, and the richest flavors add a little to it.

One rule is always on — “Never charge more than the cookies cost separately” — so a box never costs more than the same cookies bought one at a time. The basket names every part of the price before you pay.

Which cookies contain nuts?

Dubai — Contains milk (butter), eggs, tree nuts (pistachios) and wheat (gluten).

Pecan Dulce de Leche — Contains milk (butter), eggs, tree nuts (pecans) and wheat (gluten).

Every cookie's own warning is on its card on the shop page. Where a card shows nothing, nobody has been through that recipe yet — it is silence, not an answer. Everything is baked in one shared kitchen, so tell us what you are avoiding and we will be straight with you.

How does catering work?

30 cookies or more is a catering order: a 15% service fee and 72 hours minimum notice.

Every one is checked against that day's bake by a person before we promise it, and we confirm the timing with you.

The catering page prices it for you before you send anything.

Can you ship cookies to me?

Anywhere in the country, $25.00 flat, with a $150.00 minimum — boxes only, because loose cookies do not survive the post. A shipped order has no pickup slot; we post it and send you the tracking.
