How a large order runs

1 You tell us what you need. Headcount, date, and whether it's boxed or loose. The form below writes the email for you.
2 A person confirms it. Every order of 30 or more is checked against the day's bake before we promise it — no automatic yes we can't keep.
3 We bake that morning. Small batches, all day, at 215 Fremont. Nothing is baked the week before and frozen.
4 You collect, or we bring it. A 30-minute pickup slot, a delivery across the city, or a box in the post.

The fine print

Allergens: Allergens are marked on each cookie's card above and on the shop page. Where a card says nothing, nobody has been through that recipe yet — that is not the same as it being free of anything. Everything is baked in one shared kitchen, so tell us what you're avoiding and we'll be straight with you.
Ordering: A catering order needs at least 72 hours notice — a floor, not a target; a big order on a busy day needs more. The packages above go in your basket and are paid for at checkout, like any other order; anything bigger or more specific starts with the form below. We confirm the timing against the day's bake before we promise it.
Pickup, delivery, shipping: Pickup slots run Mon & Fri 11am–3pm; Tue–Thu 11am–5pm (closed Sat & Sun) — 4 orders to a slot, held up to 3 weeks out. The delivery zone is 94102, 94103, 94104, 94105, 94107, 94108, 94109, 94110, 94111, 94112, 94114, 94115, 94116, 94117, 94118, 94121, 94122, 94123, 94124, 94127, 94129, 94131, 94132, 94133, 94134, 94158. 94130 — Treasure Island and Yerba Buena — is across the Bay Bridge and not in the zone; ask us and we'll quote it.
